Youssef Sfeir

The Founder

Youssef Sfeir founded PolySphere Consultancies on the belief that lasting organizational transformation requires organizations to align strategy, governance, people and systems around a shared purpose.

His professional journey spans more than twenty-five years across the corporate sector, the United Nations, the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC), and the Lebanese Red Cross. Working at the intersection of international law, governance, humanitarian action and organizational development, he has helped institutions navigate legal complexity, political sensitivity, organizational change and internal conflict.

His experience encompasses institutional governance, mediation and negotiation, humanitarian diplomacy, disaster management, electoral processes, rule-of-law programming and organizational transformation. He has advised public institutions, international and humanitarian organizations, senior executives and private enterprises, while contributing to professional education and organizational capacity development.

His work is distinguished by strategic judgment, diplomatic acumen and a multidisciplinary perspective. Combining legal precision, systems thinking and human insight, he helps leaders understand complex challenges, address their underlying causes and implement practical, sustainable solutions.

PolySphere reflects this philosophy. It was established to help institutions uncover the structural, operational and people-related factors that constrain performance and generate hidden costs. Through integrated diagnosis, strategic advisory and collaborative implementation, the firm partners with clients to strengthen governance, reduce conflict, enhance organizational coherence and transform complexity into measurable, lasting value.
